Assembly Fitter Doncaster Hours: Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 17:00, Friday 08:00 – 16:30 Do you have hands-on experience assembling complex engineering machinery? Benefits Package: * Competitive salary based on experience * 20 days annual holiday Bank Holidays * Extra holiday for your birthday * Long service holiday scheme * Pension contribution scheme * Ongoing training and development As a Fitter – Assembler, you will: * Assemble bespoke machinery to a high standard using technical drawings * Use hand, power, and precision measuring tools proficiently * Set up machinery and equipment for various material types * Carry out safety checks and maintain a clean, efficient work area * Assist with welding and troubleshoot mechanical issues * Work both independently and as part of a skilled team in a fast-paced environment Candidate Requirements: * City & Guilds or equivalent relevant experience * Mechanical fitting and assembly experience * Able to read and interpret engineering drawings * Familiar with safe working practices and PPE * Experience using overhead cranes (training provided) * Competent with tools such as grinders and drills * Positive attitude and strong attention to detail Desirable: * Apprenticeship-trained in engineering * Bench fitting qualification * Health & Safety qualifications Call us today on (phone number removed) to discuss this Assembly Fitter position in Doncaster
