Building Surveyor

We're working with a well-established, design-focused consultancy that's growing its Building Surveying team in Cardiff. The Role You'll be involved in a variety of professional and project-led services across multiple sectors, such as: Healthcare Commercial - Hotels, Office & Workplace, Retail & Leisure Infrastructure Living - Later Living, Residential, Student Living Education - Schools, Colleges, Universities Technology & Innovation From conducting condition and defect surveys to managing refurbishment projects up to £2m under JCT and NEC contracts, you'll get a mix of responsibilities. The role offers plenty of autonomy, but you'll also be part of a collaborative, friendly team that values supporting each other.
