Senior Electrical Design Engineer - MEP/Rail Contract (Outside IR35) Hybrid London £47 - £49/hr Energi People are currently working with a leading electrical contractor that are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to start up on a contract basis. This is an outside IR35 role. This position is an immediate start and long term. Role Info: Electrical Design Engineer required for LV power & lighting designs on a major telecoms project delivering infrastructure upgrades to the Underground. Will be responsible for producing high quality design packs consisting of but not limited to drawings, calculations, schedules, and specifications. Proficiency with AutoCAD 2D, Trimble ProDesign (Amtech), Dialux, and MS Office required. Experience on TfL (specifically London Underground) projects and knowledge of TfL Cat 1 standards. Duration 1-year Working locations in Central and South East London. 2-3 days per week WFH.
