Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Training Development Professional to design, implement, and evaluate learning programs that enhance employee performance and support organizational goals. Lead the project management, internal client relationship and provider management of the Skills an Transformation Development initiatives for iOCO Group. The role will also be part of the PC group transformation team to ensure compliance and transformation targets (SETA/BBBEE/EE) are maintained and staying abreast of all new compliance regulations. What you’ll do: Project Management Planning and implementations of MasterME (Category B people leadership, management and personal Skills development Programmes. Design and structure learning pathways for different audiences, ensuring fit for purpose and engagement. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create relevant and impactful training content. Assis and advise current divisions on onboarding solutions related to EVP Grow pillar. Recording and reporting of people and budget costs related to Occupational and Vocational Qualifications, Part Qualifications, Skills Programmes, Short Courses and Tailored/Customised Programmes. Post programme follow-up measures including Reviews and Evaluation process. Internal and external customer Management Collaborate with People and Culture teams to align projects with the originations GET strategy and EVP Grow pillar. Collaboration with internal divisions to roll out, implement Grow and MasterME strategies. Expert advice on future fit solutions to enhance People and Culture Growth strategy Managing bursaries, learnerships, internships, graduate programs, and professional development projects while ensuring compliance with SETA, QCTO, and CHE standards. Digitisation strategy Roll out and divisional management of new online learning platform and employee IDP assistance with learning pathways. Advise on enhancement of processes. Concept Development Focus on group Skills Development projects focusing on leadership and Management development, align to group strategy, budget and BEE targets. Change Management Design and deliver customised learning solutions for corporate clients based on training needs assessments. Collaborate with external clients to develop bespoke training programs tailored to iOCO workforce. Ensure all content aligns with learning effectiveness, accessibility, and compliance requirements. Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required Your expertise: Expert understanding of SETA, SAQA, QCTO, and CHE standards and programme management. Proven experience in organizational growth through customised learning solutions, strategic project management, and stakeholder engagement. Proven experience with Skills development BBBEE scorecard, management. African Skills Development Environment: Technical abilities to forecast, report, track and monitor programmes and budgets, with visual management presentations of data. Able to work independently as well as within a Team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Digital Learning, or a related field.
