Proactively engage and source top talent by utilizing innovative and collaborative techniques to build strong candidate pipelines. Working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers, the Candidate Experience Partner ensures a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. By leveraging data-driven insights, applying advanced sourcing techniques, and promoting diversity and inclusion, this role plays a key part in shaping our clients' future workforce. Key responsibilities: Analyze sourcing and conversion data using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to assess the efficiency of sourcing efforts and optimize recruitment strategies. Develop and maintain a community of potential future candidates, ensuring effective communication and a positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process. Proactively identify, source, and engage top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, employee referrals, and advanced sourcing techniques like Boolean searches. Conduct phone screens and/or video interviews (live or on-demand), document feedback, and ensure timely follow-up with Hiring Managers regarding candidate suitability. Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders to improve talent acquisition processes, ensuring efficiency and innovation in sourcing and candidate engagement. Promote inclusion by ensuring diverse candidate pools for all positions. What you will bring: English and German native or advanced (C1-C2) are a must. 2 years minimum experience as a Sourcer or similar: knowledge on how to engage with candidates with ownership and inclusivity. In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies, including Boolean search techniques, social media and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), and innovative candidate engagement practices. Strong understanding of labor market trends, talent availability, and industry-specific recruitment challenges to inform sourcing strategies and advise hiring managers.
