Requirements We are seeking a Head of Learning and Development (L&D) to join our HR team at our Barcelona office on a permanent basis. The role involves helping employees advance their skills and knowledge, with a passion for facilitating learning and growth. Excellent communication skills are essential. Experience in designing e-learning courses and blended learning is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Create and implement learning strategies and programs. Assess individual and organizational development needs. Implement various learning methods (e.g., coaching, job-shadowing, online training). Design and deliver e-learning and classroom courses, workshops, and other training sessions. Evaluate the effectiveness of development plans and optimize learning opportunities. Assist managers with team development and career pathing. Oversee content design, development, and implementation, including periodic Training Needs Analyses (TNAs). Ensure blended learning programs meet evolving business needs. Provide coaching in sales and soft skills across the business. Translate business strategy into meaningful L&D initiatives. Proven experience as Head of L&D, L&D Manager, or similar roles. Knowledge of effective learning and development methods, e-learning platforms, and project management. Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and business acumen. Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors.
