Graduate Recruitment Consultant Location: Wimbledon (Hybrid Working) Salary: £28,000 Uncapped Commission Industry: FMCG – focusing on £50k hires Agency: St Paul’s Talent Solutions (on behalf of client) Are you a recent graduate with a year of work experience under your belt and looking to launch a successful career in recruitment? We’re representing a thriving boutique recruitment agency specialising in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Account Management roles. With a supportive, close-knit team and a strong market presence, they’re now looking to bring in a motivated and ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join their Wimbledon-based team. What You'll Be Doing: You’ll be working directly alongside one of the Directors, learning the ropes of 360 recruitment and developing your skills in a hands-on, structured environment. Key responsibilities include: Building relationships with new clients and developing business opportunities Sourcing and engaging with candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and a robust internal database Managing roles from brief to placement with guidance and support Learning to secure new roles and support the agency’s continued growth Why This Role?
