We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across the Wirral area. The Role: Deliver pre-set work to classes in the absence of the class teacher Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain on task Support students with queries where possible Liaise with teaching staff and report back on student progress and conduct ? Requirements: Experience working with young people (schools, sports coaching, youth work, etc.) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage a classroom and ensure a positive learning environment Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Flexibility and reliability ??
