This is made up of a 3 rosette fine dining restaurant, casual dining space, lounge & afternoon tea and two meeting rooms. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a dynamic blend of refined dining and memorable celebrations from intimate weddings and private dinners to meetings, afternoon teas and seasonal occasions. Youll work closely with our Event Sales Manager, Head Chef and senior team to ensure a seamless, thoughtful experience for all guests whether theyre joining us for a special celebration or a quiet midweek lunch. Your hands-on leadership, passion for guest service, and ability to build and motivate your team will ensure every detail is carefully delivered with warmth, precision, and flair. Were looking for a leader who brings structure and creativity in equal measure someone who can confidently manage both daily service and event logistics, and who thrives on bringing people together for memorable moments. What were looking for in a great Restaurant & Events Manager Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel, ideally with experience managing both restaurant service and private events; A genuine passion for hospitality, with a strong understanding of fine and casual dining, as well as banqueting and functions; A calm and inspiring leader with the ability to manage and motivate a large team across different service areas; Strong communication and client relationship skills, with the confidence to work closely with guests, suppliers, and colleagues at all levels; A proactive, hands-on approach to service delivery and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards at all times; Above all, a desire to shape and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
