Applicants will be expected to acquire an entry-level foundational understanding of sales, customer service & self-management, proceeding onto advanced public speaking, team management and recruitment skills. All the while facilitating their transition to our vacant management & consultancy positions. About the Role: As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will embark on an exciting and fast-paced journey, where you'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of business functions. You'll be immersed in sales and marketing strategies, leadership development, and project management, all while working within a collaborative, results-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies. Learn about customer relationship management and how to build & maintain strong client partnerships. Support the management team in day-to-day business operations. Contribute to strategic marketing meetings, team-building activities and leadership initiatives.
