M&A Analyst - Beauty & Consumer

Company Description Mihari is a boutique advisory firm providing consulting & M&A services to beauty & consumer goods brands Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an M&A Analyst specializing in Beauty & Consumer. The M&A Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial analyses, supporting due diligence processes, and performing valuation of potential investment targets. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing detailed financial models, analyzing market trends, and working closely with senior management to identify strategic opportunities. The role also involves preparing and presenting findings and reports to stakeholders and coordinating with external advisors and consultants. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and experience with financial modeling Deep understanding of Finance, Valuation, and Accounting principles Ability to conduct thorough Due Diligence processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field Experience in the beauty and consumer sector is a plus Paid internship
