Job Description
MISSION: Assist with every CS, Operational aspect concerning Sales, ensuring high standard performance, service and Timing for the channel/area followed KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Ensure High Standard CS support to BtoB Costumers Support WHS Area Managers with Back Office Activities Prioritize activities Liaise effectively with Logistics, Credit Management, Legal Organize timely Shipments based on Customers’ orders Periodic and “ad hoc” analysis Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes. Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer. Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers' accounts. Improves quality service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications. KEY REQUIREMENTS: Smart, intelligent, fun, goal orientated, and driven by integrity University degree or diploma in business, marketing or a closely related field Strong capacity to work cross functionally Hands On mindset Self-starter High competency in project management Results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Encourage an open, honest and positive team environment
