Job Description

Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the company's goals. Manage and curate content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and TikTok Monitor and respond to audience engagement, comments, and messages. Content Creation: Create visually appealing and engaging content, including static posts, stories, and reels. Write compelling and authentic copy that resonates with our target audience. Capture and edit videos using an iPhone, ensuring high-quality and cohesive visual storytelling. Community Building: Foster a sense of community among our audience by actively engaging in conversations and building relationships. Collaborate with influencers, partners, and community members to amplify our reach. Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable identity. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide regular reports on key metrics and suggest adjustments to the social media strategy as needed. Requirements: Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation and strategy. Experience cultivating a personal brand and ghostwriting for public figures such as entrepreneurs, influencers. Proficiency in basic social media management tools and platforms. Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft compelling and authentic copy. Video editing skills and proficiency in shooting videos with an iPhone. Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
