Field Marketing Manager

About the Role XbotGo is looking for a hands-on, energetic Field Marketing Manager to lead our offline promotional efforts across youth and amateur sports tournaments, focusing on soccer, basketball, and other team sports. Starting from Dallas, you’ll play a key role in bringing our AI-powered sports camera (Chameleon) to fields and sidelines across the U.S., building brand awareness, driving trials, and enabling direct sales on-site. You will lead a team of interns and part-time staff, plan and execute hundreds of event activations, and ensure XbotGo is consistently visible and engaging at the heart of team sports. Key Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of XbotGo booth activations at sports tournaments and events Develop scalable systems to deploy Chameleon AI camera demos in live environments Directly engage with players, parents, coaches, and club staff to build product awareness Set up and manage branded field materials (booths, banners, gear) Build local and national event calendars, focusing on high-traffic youth/amateur sports events Recruit, train, and manage intern teams to support high-volume, high-quality field marketing Collect on-the-ground feedback and share insights with marketing and product teams Drive lead generation and direct-to-consumer sales via on-site conversion strategies Track ROI and performance metrics for each activation to inform scaling Requirements 3 years of experience in field marketing, event management, or grassroots sports activation Strong understanding of team sports (soccer, basketball preferred), especially youth and amateur levels Experience leading teams, managing logistics, and scaling operations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable talking to parents, coaches, and kids Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends Bonus: Familiarity with consumer tech, action cameras, or sports tech products What We Offer Competitive salary performance incentives Travel and lodging support for event activations Remote work flexibility with Dallas-based operations Opportunity to grow with a cutting-edge brand reshaping youth sports media Real impact on how families and players capture and share their sports stories
