We’re seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist who can drive brand awareness and lead generation through smart digital strategies, high-quality content, and compelling visual storytelling. About the Role: This is a dynamic, full-stack digital marketing position for someone who’s both creative and analytical. You’ll be responsible for building engaging digital campaigns, managing our online presence, and delivering results across social, web, email, and paid platforms. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to elevate our brand and expand our reach. What You’ll Do: Create compelling content for social media, landing pages, email campaigns, and blog posts that align with our brand voice and drives engagement. Design branded assets such as ads, graphics, social posts, website visuals, one-pagers, and email templates. Manage and grow our social media platforms using a strategic content calendar and data-driven optimizations. Own and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns—organic and paid—by analyzing KPIs and adjusting strategies as needed. Support SEO initiatives by publishing and updating keyword-rich content and optimizing pages for search. Assist with website content management (WordPress), including basic HTML/CSS updates and content refreshes. Collaborate with internal teams on marketing strategies, recruiting campaigns, and patient acquisition efforts. What You Bring: 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience Strong portfolio of both design and written content Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or similar Strong grasp of social media trends, email best practices, and digital storytelling Comfortable with platforms like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp or similar Excellent time management, communication, and attention to detail Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance Bonus Points For: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field Experience with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMRush, Yoast, etc.) Video editing or animation (After Effects, Final Cut, or similar) Google Ads or Meta Ads experience Perks & Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance PTO paid holidays Professional development opportunities
