Digital Marketing Assistant Position: Full-Time Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 annual Location: Onsite in Miami, FL (Remote work not considered) About the Role icreatives is searching for a Digital E-Commerce Marketing Assistant for a fast-growing marketing and distribution company based in Miami, Florida. We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive team player to support digital and e-commerce marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Digital Graphics Creation: Assist in creating visually appealing graphics and layouts for product illustrations, advertisements, marketing materials, and infographics using tools like Photoshop or Canva. E-commerce Optimization: Support the optimization of e-commerce marketplace listings by researching and refining keywords, titles, categories, and descriptions with a focus on SEO best practices. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives, including coordinating schedules, managing project timelines, and maintaining marketing calendars. Collaboration and Research: Collaborate with the management team to help execute social media campaigns, marketing strategies, and inventory coordination, and conduct research on digital marketing trends and e-commerce best practices. Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with Photoshop and/or Canva Some experience or knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplace management Basic knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies Strong written and verbal communication skills Sharp attention to detail Minimum Requirements Education: Associate's Degree in Marketing or a related field (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) Experience: 2 years of experience in a marketing, e-commerce, or administrative role Language: Fluent in English (required) This is a full-time position working onsite in Miami.
