Your Mission The Technologist Expert is primarily responsible for leading and executing microbiological validation tests onsite for sensitive product projects (aseptic, ultraclean, hotfill) to facilitate equipment release for commercial production. Following the contractual validation protocol, they will oversee equipment preparation onsite and collaborate with customer laboratory staff to adhere to the project schedule, securing all necessary support and facilities for testing. They may also be part of service teams for a range of equipment (standard and sensitive products) and support specific service interventions (e.g., DV, Quality Audit, Maintenance). Their onsite support is necessary to evaluate the hygienic status of equipment or perform validation tests post-maintenance. They should also be capable of troubleshooting sterility issues across the full range of machines to identify root causes. Your Profile Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Graduated in Food Technology, Chemistry, or Microbiology Recent graduates or experienced professionals from competitor or end-user companies Fluent in English (written and spoken) HACCP certification Knowledge of beverage equipment Understanding of microbial families and behaviors Strong verbal and written communication skills J-18808-Ljbffr
