Support Specialist Tender Management (W/M)

Biotecnologia Specialista Senior / Project Manager We are looking for a Support Specialist in Tender Management based in our offices in Varedo. Please note that only applications with resumes in English will be considered. You will support existing tender integrator/dealer clients and acquire new ones in tender management, preparation, and follow-up. Grow with us - Your Responsibilities: To support Virtual Account Management (VAM) and Field Account Management (FAM) in their writing, costing, and preparation of tender bidding documents: * Support existing customers of integrators/tenderers and acquire new ones in tender management, preparation, and follow-up. * Research customer history, check response feasibility (directly or via reseller), submit to sales and technical specialists, prepare response documents, and participate in creating standard or complex offers independently or collaboratively. * Provide technical support in reviewing technical requirements, enforce response deadlines, and follow up on the validity and results of tenders. * Monitor and analyze competitive behavior in tender markets. * Interface with customers' administrative offices to handle administrative requests and integrations. What will convince us: * Completed training at a technical college or at least 3 years of technical vocational training with relevant professional experience in processing tenders. * Fluent in Italian and English.
