Job Opportunity: Junior Role in Operating Model Transformation at Deloitte NextHub Location: Bari, Italy (Hybrid work mode) We are seeking a junior profile to join the Operating Model Transformation team at Deloitte NextHub. The team is based in Bari and focuses on transforming and reviewing operational models for supported financial institutions, responding to business needs, market context, or regulatory updates in banking and insurance sectors. Joining this team offers the chance to develop strong skills in: Supporting C-level executives of client companies in activities aimed at maximizing profitability, implementing new business models, and defining technological innovation strategies for efficient and competitive operational models; Developing and managing strategic innovation, cost reduction, and optimization strategies; Rationalizing corporate information assets; Mergers and post-merger integrations of financial institutions; Optimizing core banking and insurance processes, including the use of RPA, AI, Blockchain, and Digital Transformation. Qualifications: Degree in Economics, Finance, STEM fields, or related disciplines (graduated or within 3-4 months of graduation), with interest in Banking and/or Insurance sectors; Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Understanding of financial markets functions: payment systems, main banking/financial/insurance products, regulations (Basel, CRR, MIFID, AML, etc); Willingness to relocate within Italy and abroad; Proficiency in English.
