Experience and Skills: Experience in culinary sector within commercial or collective catering. Good knowledge of kitchen dynamics and food preparation. Ability to analyze business results and understand their value. Attention to detail and discipline. Previous sales experience is a plus. Proficiency in English and Italian, including presentation skills. Qualities: Good communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills and independence. Ability to respond with appropriate solutions. Excellent understanding of customer needs and proactive approach. Entrepreneurial spirit balanced with teamwork. Proficiency with common IT systems.
