HSE Coordinator Latina (m/f) Bayer CropScience srl is seeking a motivated HSE Coordinator for our Vegetable R&D station in Latina. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Follow up on Bayer HSE requirements and local legal requirements in HSE matters. Implement policies, directives, procedures, guidelines, training, and other materials to ensure compliance. Organize and coordinate HSE activities, meetings, and training at the site to support understanding of HSE programs and procedures. Implement actions from the business/function master plan across all sites. Coordinate and enhance hazard recognition and observation/coaching processes. Conduct internal audits, document results, and follow up on action plans. Monitor regulatory requirements specific to the country. Encourage reporting of safety observations, near misses, and first aid incidents. Conduct incident investigations and communicate findings with stakeholders. Report progress regularly to site leadership using performance indicators and review processes. Engage with site staff to foster support and understanding of HSE objectives. Network with regional sites to share best practices. Participate in regional networks and contribute to projects. Identify gaps early and propose preventative solutions. WHO YOU ARE: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Agronomy, Electrical, or related fields). At least 3 years of experience as an HSE technician or coordinator. Experience with auditing and training programs. Knowledge of management systems (ISO/OHSAS) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills to manage volatile markets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders. Customer-focused mindset. Self-motivated with an agile mindset, strategic thinking, business acumen, and passion for results. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fluent in English and Italian (native).
