We are seeking talented individuals to join our Customer Care team as a Technical Customer Support in Casalecchio di Reno (BO). This role involves assisting throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sales support, working closely with internal teams and customers to gain practical experience in a collaborative environment. What you will do: Pre-Sales Support: Assist sales colleagues with technical studies and customer assistance during early sales stages. Pricing Support: Prepare quotes ensuring they meet customer needs and company standards. Post-Sales Support: Support customers post-sale, managing updates and addressing inquiries and issues. Customer Communication: Maintain good relationships by addressing customer needs. Coordination with Plant: Communicate with production to ensure timely delivery of products. Data and Reporting: Utilize Excel to analyze data and help generate reports to improve support processes. What we're looking for: Interest in data analysis and proficiency in Excel . Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues. Qualifications: Currently studying or recently graduated in Engineering , Business , Economics , or a related field. Proficient in both English and Italian, written and spoken.
