Job Description: Your Role The Contract Logistics Customer Service Specialist will ensure the efficiency of the order fulfillment process and the logistics management of goods to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your Responsibilities Management of receipt and preparation of orders and direct supervision of activities at the pharmaceutical logistics center. Use of the internal WMS for routine activities. Management of complaints and disputes with in-depth analysis and implementation of improvement actions. Operate in compliance with directives, approved plans, company and group policies and procedures. Ensure the regularity, quality, and timeliness of activities related to order fulfillment and delivery of goods. LI-CT2 Your Skills and Experiences Experience in multi-customer logistics within the pharmaceutical sector. Effective time management, even under high stress. Resource planning and contingency coordination. Flexibility and team working skills. Driver's license. Fluent Italian and intermediate English.
