The company is looking for a Category Analyst specialized in electrical, instrumentation, and automation disciplines, based on their skills and background. The actions taken will be linked to KPIs and results evaluation. The candidate should consider and integrate the needs from the sales plan and ongoing projects across the Group. The dynamics of supply markets in different regions and project-specific constraints should also be taken into account. Key Activities & Responsibilities: Analyze the global supply market for the specified discipline. Analyze regional supply markets in collaboration with regional organizations. Analyze the procurement plan from the perspective of the sales plan. Evaluate opportunities in global and regional markets based on the sales plan and ongoing projects, considering project constraints. Coordinate with regional organizations, purchasing departments, sales, and project teams to monitor ongoing activities and support the Group Category Manager. Collaborate with the Group Should Cost Team to identify market trends and provide data for analysis. Assist the Group Category Manager in consolidating results, providing feedback, and capturing lessons learned. Knowledge, Qualifications, and Experience: University degree in engineering or related scientific fields. Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders. Strong organizational and analytical skills to identify opportunities.
