About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Wellbeing and Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team in Treviso. Your role will be pivotal in fostering employee engagement and supporting a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work culture. You will collaborate closely with various departments and senior leadership to ensure effective communication, inspire employee involvement, and promote a positive work environment. Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion • Develop and implement global DEI programs, identifying opportunities and managing stakeholder engagement strategies across leadership. • Organize DEI workshops and events with internal and external speakers. • Communicate DEI initiatives and welfare programs. Employee Engagement • Develop and implement initiatives (internal events, wellbeing activities, volunteering days) to enhance engagement and a sense of belonging, focusing on People Sustainability Projects. • Organize events and provide tools (e.g., onboarding) to ensure a positive employee experience. • Coordinate employee surveys and listening activities to gather insights and identify improvement areas. Internal Communication • Develop and implement a consistent internal communication plan tailored to global audiences with local input. • Create engaging content for various channels, including internal platforms, videos, and town halls, in collaboration with HR and leadership. How to do it? Facilitate ongoing dialogue with Global HR Communities to ensure local implementation of Group projects. Implement metrics and monitoring to demonstrate impact on business performance. Manage relations with vendors delivering key services. Benchmark industry trends and tools.
