UI/UX Designer - Remote - Position 64, Ragusa This is a remote internship position at SICILIAMIA, an international startup committed to authenticity, meaningful experiences, and community engagement. Position Description: As a UI/UX Design Intern, you will manage a team and be responsible for delivering exceptional online user experiences. This role is crucial for our success, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. The internship lasts 3-6 months with a possibility of extension, starting in April-May 2025. You will have the opportunity to apply your theoretical and practical knowledge in a real-world setting. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Design user-centered digital products from concept to implementation. Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and marketing. Maintain consistency across platforms via style guides and design systems. Test usability and iterate based on user feedback. Optimize existing products for better engagement and functionality. Contribute to developing brand and visual identity for new products. Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or completed education in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Industrial Design, or related fields (excluding online certifications like Google UX). Portfolio showcasing at least 3 UI/UX-related projects. Proven experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe XD; knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator. Familiarity with design thinking, user research, and prototyping methodologies. Experience with design systems and component libraries. Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail.
