We are looking for a highly motivated Contract Logistics Team Leader to join us in our Mantua warehouse. We are creating a 130,000 sqm state-of-the-art, fully automated warehouse that will handle logistics services for our client adidas and serve 19 countries across Eastern and Southern Europe. Your Role As a Team Leader, you will be part of the Operations team, responsible for managing small teams during shifts, motivating them to achieve the best quality of work in a highly automated environment. Your Responsibilities Support processes by collaborating in the fulfillment of customer orders with direct support to operational activities within the department. Supervise the business shift trend and support the Contract Logistics Shift Leader by reporting critical information regarding the assigned area. Adjust and adapt the shift staff model by respecting the Contract Logistics Shift Leader guidelines. Identify and communicate to the Contract Logistics Shift Leader potential issues related to the operated shift. Provide training and feedback to line workers on quality performance and safe behaviors. Be an ambassador and role model for the right execution of activities and respect of safety rules. LI-JS1 Your Skills and Experiences 0 – 2 years’ experience in large-scale (> 300FTE) highly automated fulfillment operations, with a strong preference for eCommerce, Fashion, or Retail experience. Experience with fast-paced work environments where analytical skills, ability to identify root causes of problems, and a metric-based approach are crucial. Solid exposure to team working in logistics and/or productive contexts with high volumes. Experience in operational environments where safety is a fundamental priority, capable of informing, guiding, and teaching safety paradigms and rules clearly and efficiently. Due to the automated nature of the site, experience with operational activities requiring deep IT sensitivity is preferable.
