HR Specialist

Job Title: HR Specialist Adecco Consultant, on behalf of a client company, is seeking an HR Specialist . The professional will be integrated into a structured and multinational environment. Main Responsibilities: Drafting job advertisements, job posting, screening CVs, and presenting candidates; Identifying profiles aligned with active recruitment through scouting and active search; Conducting preliminary interviews and supporting technical interviews; Identifying, evaluating, and hiring candidates for vacant positions within the company; Managing documentation related to employment contracts and coordinating the onboarding process; Organizing and participating in Employer Branding activities; Implementing HR management systems (SuccessFactor, Zucchetti, etc.) for HR processes; Providing contractual and internal regulation consultancy to staff. Nice to Have: Degree in legal, economic, or humanistic fields; Extensive experience in recruitment within corporate settings or recruitment agencies; Knowledge of HR processes related to selection and onboarding; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Good command of the English language; Experience with social media and social networking sites; Preferred but not mandatory: familiarity with Zucchetti and/or SuccessFactor management systems.
