Our client is seeking an organized and motivated Receptionist to join their team in Saddle Brook, NJ! We are looking for a candidate eager to grow their professional career with a thriving food and beverage manufacturer and assist in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk. About You: Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Communications, or related field) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial setting Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company Internship or part-time experience in customer service or office support is a plus About the Job: Greet and check in guests, vendors, and clients with professionalism and hospitality Answer and direct incoming calls; relay messages accurately and promptly Manage the reception area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing shipments Assist departments with administrative support including document preparation, data entry, and filing Coordinate meeting logistics, including room bookings and refreshments Support HR or operations with onboarding tasks or internal communications as needed Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in a manufacturing office setting This is a full-time, on-site position based in Saddle Brook, NJ, requiring attendance five days a week.
