We are currently seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to enhance our multi-disciplinary therapy service. Day-to-day of the role: Undertake autonomous assessment of young people with a wide range of additional communication needs attending the college. Analyse and interpret assessments to recommend and deliver the best course of intervention for each child. Formulate, evaluate, and review individualised speech and language therapy treatment plans, using clinical reasoning skills and utilising a wide range of treatment options to formulate a specialised programme of care. Provide speech and language therapy training, support, and advice to members of the multidisciplinary teams. Deliver both direct and indirect speech and language therapy interventions. Required Skills & Qualifications Qualified Speech and Language Therapist, registration with the relevant professional body. Experience in assessing and treating a wide range of communication disorders. Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
