Advertising Sales Executive Application Deadline: 30 May 2025 Department: Sales and Commercial Employment Type: Permanent Location: Swindon Reporting To: Sales Manager Compensation: £25,000 - £32,000 / year Description B2B Media Sales Consultant Salary £25,000 uncapped commission (OTE £32,000) Are you a confident sales professional with a passion for winning new business and building long-term client relationships? We’re looking for a driven and results-focused telesales professional to join our team, helping local SME businesses grow through targeted advertising solutions. Your role will be to identify opportunities, open doors, and secure new advertising partnerships that deliver real results for your clients. You will work from the office in Swindon, with the existing team who can support you in your media journey. No previous media experience is required for the job, but a background in sales or customer service is essential. Key Responsibilities Prospecting and converting cold leads into new business Re-engaging lapsed clients and nurturing warm opportunities Introducing businesses to our full range of marketing and advertising solutions Building a strong pipeline and consistently closing deals Hitting and exceeding sales targets with uncapped commission potential Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Proven experience in B2B sales with a hunter mentality Confident communicator with strong objection handling and closing skills Highly self-motivated and comfortable with cold outreach Able to manage and prioritise opportunities across a defined territory Commercially aware and results-focused We will also consider candidates from a strong customer service background who can demonstrate the right attitude, communication skills, and the drive to succeed in a sales environment Benefits and D&I Statement Competitive salary plus uncapped commission (OTE £32,000).
