They are looking to hire a sales manager to lead and inspire its small yet growing team of business development managers, driving apprenticeship sales into professional services firms across the UK. Working in a pure management/leadership capacity you will be tasked with driving business development strategy, training/mentoring the team to achieve target, heading up recruitment for additional BDM’s and building a high-performance team culture. The ideal candidate will possess good communication and leadership skills and must have prior apprenticeship knowledge – need to understand apprenticeships and funding. It is preferred if candidates have at least 2 years sales management experience. If you have dealt with or sold into professional services organisations previously it is a bonus.
