Plumber/Plumbing & Heating Engineer

The Role The role is based within our Services Department who offer predominantly M&E based services to a vast array of clients, from domestic and commercial installation and refurbishment contracts, to our ever increasing Facilities Management commitments. We have a diverse range of projects that we would require the successful applicant to adjust to seamlessly throughout the working week. Minor domestic refurbishments may well be followed by a longer term plumbing installation site based project. Core Duties Plumbing & heating emergencies New installations for both domestic and commercial properties Alterations to existing installations Planned, preventative maintenance Reactive maintenance General Skills and Knowledge Experience in working in domestic properties, as well as refurbishment and installation on site based projects Good understanding of both domestic and commercial plumbing and heating systems Experience & Qualifications Time served apprenticeship and associated plumbing and heating qualifications Gas qualifications are advantageous but not essential Good time management skills Good communication skills are essential Full clean driving licence Benefits Competitive Salary Company Vehicle 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays Pension Contribution Long Service Awards
