What youll do Lead our NICEIC electrical safety assurance, ensuring our registration stays spotless Plan and deliver technical audits, both on-site and desk-based, with real follow-through Guide and grow a team of electrical auditors with coaching,support and confidence Spot trends in inspection data to reduce risks and drive real change Collaborate across teams and contractors to raise standards and solve root problems Lead the charge on key projects and new ways of working in the compliance space Why choose us Imagine finishing each day knowing youve made a real difference in our customers lives. What you bring A solid electrical discipline qualification and real-world experience of compliance A cool head and clear voice when itcomes to technical oversight and assurance Experience delivering audit programmes in a social housing or similar setting A knack for reading data and turning insights into better outcomes A collaborative and mentoring style that builds trust and raises performance Knowledge of landlord duties, NICEIC regs, and a drive to keep people safe Were sorry, but we cant offer sponsorship for this role due to certificate limits. Job details Youll work Monday to Friday Youll manage your own diary, so if you want to take a longer lunch or pop out for a walk, you can use your flexi time to manage that!
