Recruitment Resourcer

In this role, you will support our recruitment consultants by sourcing candidates across various sectors. Your efforts will play a crucial part in connecting candidates with suitable job opportunities, and it's a great role for someone looking to begin a career in recruitment. As a Resourcer, your duties will include: * Writing job adverts * Promoting vacancies across social media * Assessing CV's and job applications * Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews * Taking orders from clients * Arranging client interviews * Formatting CV's * Giving feedback to applicants * Administration and compliance duties linked to the recruitment process We offer a great benefits package and working environment: * A minimum of 25 days (plus 8 bank holidays) from day one, increasing with length of service.
