The Electrical Installation Assessor will need to have: Deliver training, provide assessment, and offer motivation and support to learners enrolled in apprenticeship programmes, including Functional Skills, to help them achieve their qualifications. Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of approved electrical training materials; promote consistency and apply standardised training methods to enhance learner development and support timely qualification achievement. Maintain high standards for learner completion rates by monitoring progress closely and conducting regular progression and support reviews.
