Work Placement Co-ordinator | Askham Bryan College Middlesbrough | Full-time | Permanent Join our Student Services Team Some travel to employer sites required We’re on the lookout for a friendly and organised Work Placement Co-ordinator to join our fantastic team on a permanent basis . This is a key role supporting our students to get hands-on, real-world experience through quality work placements and work experience. Whether it’s animal care, early years, sport or public services – you’ll help students match with the right employer, and support them every step of the way ‍♀️ You’ll be working closely with local employers, staff and students – arranging placements, ensuring safeguarding and health & safety checks are in place, and keeping things running smoothly through regular check-ins, paperwork and visits. ✨ What we’re looking for: ✅ Great people and admin skills ✅ Experience in education or employer engagement ✅ Organised, proactive and passionate about supporting young people ✅ A confident communicator who enjoys building positive relationships ✅ Driving licence and access to a car This is a rewarding role where you’ll be making a real difference to students’ future careers.
