ROLE PROFILE: This is an outstanding opportunity to join the Infrastructure & Cloud Division of The London Stock Exchange Group as the Programme Management Office (PMO) at a time of growth and development. Innovation sits at the heart of the Group, and we must continuously evolve to meet our ambitious plans for the future as well as maintaining and management our underlying Infrastructure, risk and Resilience. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Change Delivery of the Division and will also work closely with key stakeholders across the business units and across other functions of LSEG, especially the Group Transformation Management Office (TMO) within LSEG Operations / Finance. ROLE SUMMARY: We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager with experience in Product Management and Agile Methodologies to join the mobilization of a new Multi Millon Dollar Programme to modernise and futureproof our Real Time Data and Analytics Platform (FTRP) with a focus on the Infrastructure and Cloud (I&C) pillar. This groundbreaking programme will see us using new technology driven by a complex technical delivery team, and rapid expansion of a newly established Data & Analytics Platform used for business-wide Engineering Infrastructure planning and strategy. The aim of this initiative is to drive growth of the platform through development of new features which meet stakeholder requirements, while formalising the governance and plans required to transition the delivering function into a permanent capability. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Lead delivery across the Programme for I&C workstreams across Cloud, Networks and Platform Engineering and the end-to-end delivery chain. Facilitate cross-functional planning, working closely with the business and partner programs to ensure inbound dependencies are factored into backlog prioritisation and roadmaps, while ensuring balanced sprint plans. Coordinate the product backlog and roadmap, and steer prioritisation of user stories, features, and other work items according to business needs. Act as a conduit for the technical team and the Platform stakeholders, encouraging collaboration and achieving consensus on key decisions F acilitate ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring the development process stays on track. Build transparency and facilitate decisions and issues through insightful and timeline reporting, using data to advise on progress or improvement opportunities. Work with the team in defining and meeting the right set of metrics to drive delivery productivity and output quality, including identifying opportunities to optimise for timeliness, efficiency and quality in the delivery cycle. Proactively manage dependencies, risk and issues for the workstream, documenting assumptions, assessing likelihood and impact, planning mitigations and raising issues as needed. Contribute to the collaboration and continuous improvement culture, including seeking to assess and improve processes, tools, and practices to enhance team performance and product quality. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Demonstrated ability leading complex, cross-functional strategic business projects as a Delivery Manager / Product Manager / Scrum Master with successful outcomes using agile and lean principles. Strong data literacy and experience working with data, as evidenced by projects / delivery in data-aligned initiatives. While it is crucial you are comfortable with data topics, principles and standard methodologies, technical expertise in data analysis or modelling is not required. Expertise in gathering and interpreting customer requirements, from experience fulfilling a Technical Business Analyst/Product Manager or a similar role. Demonstrable experience working in roles aligned to product design & development, good familiarity with product methodology Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and experience using planning and tracking tooling such as Asana or JIRA essential. Experience working on Technology Infrastructure Change and / or Business Intelligence delivery programs is desirable LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
