The Bundesanstalt für Post und Telekommunikation Deutsche Bundespost (BAnst PT) is a public law institution in the extended portfolio of the Federal Ministry of Finance based in Bonn. To strengthen our Department 21 (IT Central Services), we are looking for you, at the earliest possible date, at the Bonn or Stuttgart office for the Database processing Your diverse tasks will include Responsible administration of database systems Partially responsible for the administration of server systems of BAnst PT Administration of backup systems Management of external service providers to maintain operations, placing orders with service providers 1st, 2nd level support and system documentation What you bring with you Degree (Bachelor/Diploma-FH) in the field of computer science, business informatics, engineering or the career qualification of the higher technical or non-technical administrative service Alternatively, one of the aforementioned degrees in another subject area or a comparable degree DQR level 6, in each case with several years of relevant professional experience in the IT environment or a comparable qualification based on equivalent skills and professional experience Confident handling of workflow systems sound knowledge in the administration of server systems and databases Knowledge of the Federal Equal Opportunities Act and the law on severely disabled persons* * or the willingness to acquire this knowledge. BAnst PT will support you in participating in appropriate qualification measures.
