Job Description
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels and update inventory regularly. - Supplier Coordination: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers. - Budget Management: Prepare, manage, and report on store budgets. - Store Layout Planning: Optimize store layout for better flow and sales. - Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relations with key customers. - Brand Positioning: Enhance brand presence in the local market. - Social Media Strategy: Oversee social media campaigns to boost awareness. - Event Planning: - Store Events: Plan and execute store events to engage the community. - Workshops & Training Sessions: Organize workshops for customer engagement and brand loyalty. Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role. (Experience in luxury watches or luxury products is highly preferred) Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
