Structural, Civil and Architectural Project Specialist Leader

Job Opportunity at Azienda Anonima Location: Varese, Italy An important company operating in the Oil & Gas sector, serving as an EPC Contractor (Engineering, Procurement & Construction), is seeking a junior team member for the Civil/Structural/Architectural department. The selected candidate will work alongside experienced professionals and will be involved in civil and structural engineering activities within assigned projects, from preliminary phases to detailed design. Responsibilities: Assist in reading and understanding technical and contractual project documentation (specifications, datasheets, technical attachments), helping to identify potential issues; Collaborate in planning activities and defining technical documentation to be produced; Participate in developing discipline design (calculations, drawings, technical specifications, MTO); Support in monitoring timelines and costs of technical activities; Assist in analyzing and resolving design issues; Interact with other company departments and, gradually, with suppliers and clients on basic technical aspects. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or related fields; Interest in the Oil & Gas sector and multidisciplinary design within EPC projects; Good knowledge of main technical software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit); Ability to work in a team, proactive attitude, and good organizational skills; Basic knowledge of the English language.
