To strengthen its structure while enhancing its presence in the Italian market, it has commissioned us to search for a: PROJECT ENGINEER - FOTOVOLTAICO This full-time position calls for a talented Project Engineer to join the Projects division for carrying out engineering of photovoltaic power plants. This position involves support from the Milan (Italy) administrative office and requires collaboration with staff at all organizational levels involved in an exciting and growing environment. Responsibilities : Actively cooperate with Project Managers in developing technical projects from feasibility studies to commissioning, including site surveys, preliminary design, bill of materials, quotations, project execution, and supervision of EPC constructors. Analyze technical requirements of PV plants and identify suitable solutions for revamping and repowering projects, evaluating and selecting new technologies to maximize production within Italian regulations. Design and revise electrical drawing packages (layouts, single line diagrams, modules, inverters, wiring, protections, mounting systems, string boxes, BOM, etc.), and prepare as-built documentation, following information flow from clients, subcontractors, and internal units. Lead technical discussions proactively at all organizational levels. Requisiti : Graduate degree in electrical engineering or equivalent; knowledge of Italian electrical norms is a plus. Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical PV design, including medium-voltage grid connection. Proficient in CAD for power plant design; knowledge of PVSyst is a plus. Understanding of PV systems, KPIs, engineering economics, equipment, and technologies. Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills in Italian and English. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks with limited guidance. Proactive, flexible, and interested in innovative solutions. Interest or experience in project management is advantageous.
