Mission You will lead our Supply Chain Sustainability Consulting Practice, leveraging your industry expertise and ESG knowledge to develop compelling value propositions for clients. You will guide organizations through sustainable supply chain transformation, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and creating new value opportunities. Key Accountabilities Sustainability Consulting Leadership: Develop strategies, define value propositions, mentor teams, and oversee project delivery. Client Engagement & Value Creation: Build relationships, assess needs, guide implementation, and measure impact. Thought Leadership & Industry Expertise: Stay updated on regulations and best practices, contribute to publications, and develop methodologies. Business Development: Identify opportunities, lead proposals, collaborate with teams and other business units. Education Master’s Degree in Economics or Engineering, or MBA/Post Graduate Degree. Qualifications Proven leadership in supply chain sustainability or related field. Deep understanding of ESG principles and regulations. Ability to develop and implement strategies with tangible results. Fluent in Italian and English. Strong client management and leadership skills.
