Our understanding of media, advertising and marketing has been developed over the past 25 years, through working with some of the most widely known global brands. The Role The role of Paid Social Media Manager while focussed on activation in social channels will consider aspects of the whole media mix and through this lens manage key accounts supported by the senior leadership team. The Social Media Manager will support the team in all aspects of client media implementation and analysis. The expectation is to work with external suppliers, platforms, clients and internal staff to assist with the set-up, recommendation of solutions and successful delivery of media campaigns. Key Responsibilities Setting up, maintaining and analysing social media campaigns using but not exclusively social media platforms such as Meta, X, LinkedIn, Snap, TikTok and Pinterest. Maintaining relevant expertise through platform-based training and qualifications. Analyse and suggest opportunities above and beyond core channels and continue to use initiative for use cases of additional platforms (Threads, WeAre8 etc). Manage media campaign queries and requests quickly and effectively - leaning on other members of the team to help answer technical questions or escalate issues Present narrative reports on media campaign performance metrics Act as a point of contact for key clients cross channel where required and for all clients for campaign management matters Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact Build strong, long-term agency partner relationships and maintain frequent contact Conducting research into industry landscapes, emerging technologies and audience behaviours and feeding this insight into our work Support the wider team in training and sharing specialist knowledge on a regular basis including regular updates in team training sessions including working with media partners to engage with the agency Support agency leadership on projects such as agency marketing, outreach and new business Identify pro-active opportunities to help raise the profile or expertise of the agency Input into new business pitches in the agency Insight and data led thinking – providing insights and data, reviewing performance of campaigns with the wider team Skill Set Approachable, communicative and proactive Ability to multi-task across multiple clients and digital platform solutions A bility to communicate effectively in a variety of situations with internal and external stakeholders Skilled with data and insight and understanding of how these can be used to formulate strategic decisions Strong attention to detail Numerate In depth working knowledge of Excel, platforms and reporting tools Time management – dividing time between tasks effectively Team player Experience & Qualifications 2 years’ experience within media, including managing multiple client stakeholders Understanding of multiple media channels with comprehensive digital knowledge Degree level educated is preferable The Package 25 days holiday a year excluding public holidays Renumeration range: £27,000 - £32,000 gross per annum dependent on experience Hybrid working Private Medical Insurance Discretionary bonus based on company performance Pension
