Non-Contentious Construction Associate

Construction Associate Our client, a leading law firm based in the North East, is on the hunt for an enthusiastic Construction Associate with at least 3 years of non-contentious construction experience. About the Role: You will be part of a dynamic team handling a broad spectrum of exciting projects for clients across the North East, UK, and beyond. You’ll collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including investors, funders, developers, contractors, and consultants. Key Responsibilities: Manage and advise on industry-standard contracts (NEC, JCT, etc.). Draft and negotiate professional appointments, collateral warranties, and bonds. Mentor and support junior fee earners in their development. Engage in business development activities to promote our client’s services. Who We’re Looking For: Minimum 3 years PQE in non-contentious construction law. Strong understanding of construction contracts and related documentation.
