Head of Social Media £45,000 - £50,000 Full-Time, Office-Based (Cheshire) We’re working with a fast-growing online travel business that’s making big waves in the industry. They’ve just launched a cruise brand, they’re expanding into new destinations, and they need someone to own and drive their entire social media function across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more. This is a full-time, office-based role in Cheshire – ideal for a social media expert who’s hands-on, strategic, and ready to shape a brand from the front. What’s the role? You’ll report directly to the MD and lead all things social – content, community, campaigns, influencers, strategy, performance, and paid. You’ll manage and mentor a small team, build influencer relationships, and drive growth across both paid and organic channels. We’re looking for someone who can: ✅ Build and deliver a full social strategy ✅ Create native, scroll-stopping content (especially short-form video) ✅ Grow brand reach, awareness, and engagement ✅ Lead influencer and creator campaigns ✅ Use data to report, optimise and improve ✅ Champion social media across the wider business What you’ll need: 5 years’ experience growing brand social channels Confident with analytics, paid social, and platform algorithms Creative flair and strong content instincts Experience leading teams and working cross-functionally A passion for building community and commercial value through social If you’re ready to take ownership, lead from the front, and build something with real impact – this could be your next big move.
