Title: Content Manager & Creator Company: Theodore Location: Leeds (hybrid) Salary: £28,000–£35,000 DOE Do you have a passion for storytelling and an eye for creating engaging content? Theodore, a growing boutique agency based in Leeds, is looking for an ambitious Content Manager & Creator to join our team. The role As our Content Manager & Creator you’ll be the driving force behind the content we create for clients across a range of industries. From crafting scroll-stopping social media posts, to managing multi-channel campaigns, this is a role where you’ll be hands-on and at the heart of the action. Who we’re looking for You’ll have a minimum of three years agency or in-house experience under your belt. With experience of social media content management, writing post copy, content creation, planning and scheduling. Experience in email marketing and website updates would also be handy. You’re a creative self-starter who is organised, proactive, and skilled at turning ideas into reality. Key responsibilities: Planning, creating, and managing content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns. Developing and executing content calendars for clients, ensuring consistency and creativity. Client relationship management – maintain proactive and clear communication with clients, ensuring they are regularly updated on project progress, timelines are met, and expectations are managed effectively. Writing and editing compelling copy tailored to different audiences and channels. Responsible for ours and our clients’ social media channels (organic) including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok. You’ll be responsible for everything from content creation and scheduling to community management, analysis and reporting. Creating content for reels, stories and posts on Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok - shot on an iPhone which will be provided by us. Basic video editing skills on Canva or Adobe. Collaborating with other team members to bring your ideas to life visually. Analysing content performance and adapting strategies to maximise engagement. Staying ahead of content trends and algorithms to keep our clients fresh and relevant. Requirements: Proven experience in content creation and management, ideally in a marketing or agency setting. Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and channels. Experience managing social media accounts and creating high-performing content. Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and familiarity with photography or video production. Experience of managing social accounts through a management tool – e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout. A collaborative mindset and ability to work well with clients and team members. A passion for creativity and a strong sense of ownership in your work. Ability to work fast and flexibly, managing shifting priorities. Experience growing an online community to generate advocacy, brand loyalty and sales. A curious nature, a love of learning new things, and happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. Hold a valid driver's license and have access to own vehicle; available to travel to client meetings as required. Benefits 3% employer / 5% employee pension contributions from your start date.
