Your Role In your first year, you will: * Source and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent roles. * Create compelling CV profiles for client marketing. * Collaborate with the sales team to place candidates effectively. * Meet achievable weekly KPIs, guided by your manager. * Earn commission at every step of your development.
