nghty berlin is a bold new lingerie brand founded in 2024, rooted in Berlin and built on the values of confidence, creativity, and female empowerment. We're redefining sensuality on our own terms — and now, we're looking for our first-ever intern to join the journey. As a Social Media & Content Creation Intern, you'll work directly with the founder to shape the brand’s digital presence across TikTok and Instagram. This is a hands-on, highly creative role where your ideas and execution will have a direct impact from day one. Responsibilities Plan, produce, and edit engaging TikTok and Instagram content Collaborate on weekly content calendars and trend research Support influencer outreach and UGC creator partnerships Contribute to shaping the brand’s voice, visuals, and social strategy Assist on shoot days (styling, direction, production support) Qualifications Strong experience creating both photo and video content for IG & TikTok Confident in front of and behind the camera Passionate about fashion, lingerie, and visual storytelling Based in Berlin and available for a minimum of 3 months Bonus: Existing social media presence or content portfolio Ideally you're a student in fashion, media, design, marketing or communications (but not a must) What we offer Paid internship Flexible schedule and hybrid work setup Real creative freedom and ownership Direct mentorship from the founder Behind-the-scenes access to building a fashion startup from scratch To apply, send a short intro and relevant links (portfolio, IG/TikTok handles, or CV) to hello@nghtyberlin.com Let’s build something sexy & bold together.
