Investment Banking Analyst

H&P Executive Search is working with a leading boutique investment bank focused on mid-market technology transactions across DACH. Our client is seeking a driven and analytical Analyst to join their Munich office and support the execution of M&A and capital raising transactions across the tech sector. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day execution of live transactions, including M&A and financing deals Develop financial models, valuations, and client presentations Coordinate due diligence and deal processes with clients, investors, and internal teams Support senior bankers in business development and relationship management Candidate Profile: 1–3 years of experience in tech investment banking, M&A, or private equity (excluding internships) Proven transaction execution skills and advanced financial modelling ability Strong interest in technology verticals German proficiency needed, native or bilingual Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field What’s on Offer: Exposure to cutting-edge tech transactions across Europe Flat, entrepreneurial culture with direct client exposure Competitive compensation and long-term career development
